Prana is truly like the "Breath of Life", an inspiring aroma full of fresh energy - mind clearing and pleasantly herbaceous. Essential Oils of Menthol form a synergy with Peppermint that is both cooling and sweet, refreshing but not too camphoraceous. Enhanced and fine-tuned with a hint of Eucalyptus and Cajeput, this is a fantastic blend to support the respiratory system.
- Prana is recommended for use in the sauna or any steam treatment. During time of congestion, fill a bowl with 2 cups of hot and steaming water, add 3-5 drops of Prana and inhale. For intensified treatment, cover your head and the bowl with a towel.
- Diffusing Prana in a diffuser or taking a hot bath helps too. For use in a bath, simply blend up to 10 drops with Aromaland's Coconut Emulsifier or some Half & Half prior to adding it to the water (in order to prevent the oil from floating on the surface).
- To make your own Prana Chest Rub for localized application, add up to 30 drops to 1 oz. of Aromaland's Unscented (Aroma Free) Lotion or your favorite Aromaland Carrier Oil.
- You can use Aromaland's Carrier Oils and Unscented (Aroma Free) range to customize all your Aromatherapy and Personal Care needs. Recommended dilution for Essential Oils and Blends is 1% (9 drops per 1 oz. of base product) for general applications, or 0.5% (4 drops per 1 oz. of base product) for facial and sensitive area applications.
